Archiving Policy

Digital preservation encompasses the strategies, processes, and activities implemented to ensure the long-term and uninterrupted accessibility of information available in digital formats. The journal’s preservation policy is designed to safeguard its scholarly content through the following measures:

Website Archiving

All electronic content—including the website, published articles, and editorial process files—is stored on the journal’s primary online platform. The master copy remains accessible to readers via the main server. Identical backup copies are maintained in independent storage locations to ensure data redundancy and security.

Long-Term Preservation

The complete texts of all published articles are deposited in global preservation systems, including CLOCKSS, the PKP Preservation Network (PN), and Zenodo, thereby ensuring the enduring availability and integrity of the journal’s digital content.

Author Self-Archiving Policy

Authors are permitted—and actively encouraged—to deposit the final published version of their articles on personal or institutional websites immediately following publication. Such deposits must include full bibliographic details and a link to the article’s original version on the journal’s website.
